Achieving GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Our journey to achieve GDPR and CCPA compliance was intensive and thorough, reflecting our commitment to data privacy by design. Conducted by Trava, an independent security and data privacy partner, the evaluation process involved a comprehensive review of our systems and practices. This includes ensuring lawful, fair, and transparent processing; securing data subject rights such as access, rectification, erasure, and the right to opt-out of personal information processing under CCPA; and implementing robust privacy protocols across all operations.
