Integrating Klaviyo and Flaunt
Introduction
Klaviyo is an email marketing app that will help you target, personalize, and measure results for your online store.
In this article, you’ll learn how to integrate Flaunt with Klaviyo and start syncing Flaunt data to create personalized rewards emails.
The Klaviyo Flaunt app allows you to:
- Sync rewards program member information with your Klaviyo account
- Send rewards program emails directly from Klaviyo
- Segment campaign lists based on rewards program information
- Manage personalized information for each customer in your rewards program
- Build custom flows using program events like tier changes, challenge completions, and points balance updates
How to install the Klaviyo app
Step 1: Navigate to the Flaunt Admin and click Log In with Email.
Step 2: Login with your email
Step 3: Confirm your email by entering the 5-digit code sent to your email.
Step 4: Navigate to the Integrations section of Flaunt.
Step 5: From the list of Integrations, find Klaviyo and click Connect.
Step 6: Inside the modal that opens, click Install Flaunt Loyalty App.
Step 7: To initiate the authorization flow, click the Continue button.
Step 8: Klaviyo is now connected. Next click Configure Events/Attributes.
Step 9: Toggle on Klaviyo Trigger Events and click Save Changes.
Step 10: If the integration setup is successful, you’ll see the button read Connected below the Klaviyo integration and data will begin syncing to Klaviyo.
Integration details
When you install the Klaviyo integration, we’ll automatically start sending reward program events to your Klaviyo account. These events can be used in Klaviyo Flows (as triggers) or in Klaviyo Segments to include/exclude individuals based on their reward program activity.
